The 25th Annual Balboa Island Holiday Home Walking Tour
DECEMBER 10th, 2023 FROM 11:00 a.m until 4:00 p.m.
Join us for the 25th Annual Balboa Island Holiday Home Walking Tour, taking place on Sunday, December 10th, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. This event marks the perfect start to your holiday season on picturesque Balboa Island, occurring the second Sunday in December. Explore eight beautifully decorated island residences and cottages at your own pace, all surely to ignite your festive spirit.
Tickets are priced at $40.00 per person and can be conveniently purchased online below or they will also be available for purchase about November 1st at the following Balboa Island Stores: Balboa Island Museum, Blue Atlas, Crown Meets Sea, and Crush Clothing. For those not on the island, tickets are also available at Bliss Home Design on Pacific Coast Highway in CDM, Blue Springs Home & Crews Quarters on 17th Street in Costa Mesa, Seaside Gallery and Goods on Tustin Avenue in Newport Beach.
Come join us for a fun day on the island and be sure to visit all our shops on Marine and Agate Avenue for your holiday shopping and refreshments! Plus, again this year please visit the Holiday Market at the Royal Hen Restaurant on Marine Avenue from 11:00am until 3:00pm.

After 6:00 p.m. on December 9th, we will stop selling tickets on this website. You may still purchase tickets for the tour at the Balboa Island Museum at 210 Marine Avenue the day of the tour.
Note: Tickets purchased below are to be picked up the morning of the tour after 9:30 a.m. at “Will Call” at the Balboa Island Museum located at 210 Marine Ave. Balboa Island.
